Formed in the year 2000, Pacific Brass draws together some of the finest professional and amateur brass and percussion players in Australia.

 

Pacific Brass is a volunteer group supporting the community through Benefit Concerts.

 

The band has been featured at the Melbourne International Festival of Brass and has been engaged as the Brass Band in residence for the Sydney International Brass Festival.

 

The membership of Pacific Brass consists of a number of past and present National and State Solo Champions. Most of the members play in other groups such as community and services bands. One of the aims of Pacific Brass is to promote banding within the community.

 

Pacific Brass gives the opportunity to share the joy of music making and encourage the musicians of the future.
